I made an offer on a house in Keller on Friday afternoon. On Saturday, the agent called me back to say that the offer had been accepted. So now we just have to get through all the details after the inspection is done. Provided that the inspector is available, we should do the inspection this Friday afternoon.
Unless the inspector finds some major problem, the current plan is to close on the house on September 30th.

I’m going to get some pictures when the inspection is done (most likely on Friday). I’ll post a few when I get them.
Unfortunately, this one doesn’t have room for a shooting range out back. I’ve put that dream on hold for the future when I can afford some land (possibly when I retire and can move out into the country).
Congratulations. Your first house purchase, that’s got to be an awesome feeling.
My step-brother’s dad’s got a shooting range in his backyard. He lives out in Boyd in the boonies. We go out there and fire off all kinds of rounds once in a while. Good times.
