Yup, this is the one. No, it is not new in box, it is an incredible piece of history that will require a special customer to own. This reminds me of a Wall Street Journal artical I read a few years ago about an old Winchester that turned out to be one of the VERY few guns that have been forensicly proven to have been at Little Big Horn. It sold at auction for the same number. The auctioneer said "its 5,000 dollars worth of rifle and 645,000 dollars worth of history."
