As I was flipping through the Sunday paper, I came across an odd item in the Office Depot circular. I couldn't find the exact item online (Office Depot doesn't sell the item online), so here's the closest match I could find:

Yup, they've got a few of those strewn about the chair/desk area. "What a novel idea," I thought, for the five or six seconds between seeing one and sitting on it.
Perhaps I have the wrong body type, but I found it impractical and unsteady. I think it takes "ergonomic design" backwards a ways, so that a rotting wooden plank is more forgiving and comfy.
I'm happy with my $70 conventional desk chair.
